There are a couple of reasons why you may want to cancel your Canva subscription; perhaps you can no longer afford your subscription with Canva, or you’re probably tired of paying for it. Or maybe you’ve gotten preoccupied with other activities and you no longer use your Canva account as much as you used to.
Well, whatever the case may be, canceling your Canva subscription service that isn’t really much in use is much easier than you think. And in this article, I’ll be guiding you on how to cancel your Canva subscription on your computer, on the mobile web, on your android, and your iOS app.
Steps To Cancel Canva Subscription With Your Computer
Step 1: Log in to your Canva account. Please make sure you are logged into the right Canva account.
Step 2: Try to locate Account settings on the homepage.
Step 3: Simply select Billing & plans.
Step 4: Then select … on your plan.
Step 5: Finally, select Request cancellation.
Steps To Cancel Canva Subscription On The Mobile Web
Step 1: Begin by logging into your Canva account. Do well to confirm you are logged into the right Canva account.
Step 2: Tap on the Menu displayed on the home screen.
Step 3: Then tap on Settings.
Step 4: Billing & plans will appear, tap on it.
Step 5: Simply tap … on your plan.
Step 6: And lastly, tap on Request cancellation.
Steps To Cancel Canva Subscription With Your Android Phone
Step 1: First of all, search for the Google Play app on your device, and open it.
Step 2: Look directly at the top corner, and tap your account icon. Confirm to make sure you are signed in to the correct Google Account.
Step 3: Simply tap Payments & subscriptions.
Step 4: Kindly select Subscriptions to see your subscriptions.
Step 5: Now, tap Canva, then proceed to Cancel Subscription.
Step 6: Lastly, confirm your Canva subscription.
PS: An attempt aimed at uninstalling the Canva app doesn’t automatically cancel your plan. Once you have upgraded to Canva Pro using your Android device, cancel it from this Google Play workflow.
Steps To Cancel Canva Subscription With iOS App
Step 1: The first step is to open the Settings app on your device.
Step 2: The next is to simply tap your name.
Step 3: Now, tap on Subscriptions. And if it isn’t displayed, tap on iTunes & App Store instead.
Step 4: Simply tap on your Apple ID, then proceed to View Apple ID.
Step 5: Kindly sign in and scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
Step 6: The last step requires you to tap Canva, then Cancel Subscription.
PS: Trying to uninstall the app wouldn’t cancel your subscription. If you upgraded to Canva Pro from your iOS device, it is only possible to cancel it from the App Store.
