If you use an Android device simply click on the paper clip icon just by the right side of the text box in a WhatsApp group
Whereas if you use an iOS device simply tap on the plus icon located close to the chat box.

Below the first box, you will find Option 1. Click on it and add the first option.

Make sure to save all the respective options you have added in the poll you want to conduct and then tap send so other members in the group can see it as well.
