Well, the good news is that you can back up your Canva designs simply by copying them from one Canva account to another. And the best part is that you can do this with your mobile phone or computer.

How Do I Backup My Canva Designs?
There are two ways in which you can backup your Canva designs:
- With your mobile phone
- With your computer
Step To Backup Your Canva Designs With Your Mobile Phone:
Step 1: First, look for the Project on your home screen and tap on it.
Step 2: Search for the particular design, file, or folder you want to copy and tap •••.
Step 3: Continue by kindly selecting Share.
Step 4: Simply enter the email address of the account you want to copy the design.
Step 5: Proceed by setting the permission to Can edit.
Step 6: Simply tap on Send.
Step 7: Now, try logging out of your current Canva account; the one that has your original designs. And log into the one where you want to transfer your designs.
Step 8: Now, access the shared design from the email you received.
Step 9: Tap on ••• display on the editor menu.
Step 10: Lastly, search and select Make a copy to duplicate the design in the account you are currently on.
Step To Backup Your Canva Designs With Your Computer:
Step 1: To begin, locate Projects on your system. Then look for the design that you want to copy.
Step 2: Simply click on the ••• icon on the thumbnail and select Share.
Step 3: Simply enter the email address of the account you want to copy the design.
Step 4: Try setting the permission to Can edit.
Step 5: Simply click on Send.
Step 6: Now, kindly log out of your current Canva account; the one with the original Canva designs. And log into the one where you want to transfer the design.
Step 7: Access the shared design from the email you received.
Step 8: Simply click on File displayed on the editor menu bar.
Step 9: Finally, select Make a copy to duplicate the design in the Canva account you are currently on.
